Terms of use
These terms apply to waitlist requests, edition commissions, calendar work, and proof viewings offered by Data Control Path.
Acceptance
By sending a waitlist request, commissioning a villain spotlight edition, ordering a themed drop calendar, or booking a Bangkok proof viewing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not submit a request.
The studio and the work
Data Control Path prepares Marvel NFT comics as villain spotlight editions, publishes themed drop calendars, and records collector waitlist requests. We are not a marketplace, auction house, or payment processor. Informational rates on this site are not an offer to sell a token at checkout.
Waitlists
A waitlist place is a recorded intention. It becomes a confirmed place only when we write back. Caps are set before a window opens and are not increased to absorb late names. A freeze time in ICT is final for that issue.
Intellectual property
Marvel characters remain the property of their rights holders. Our original lettering, edition-sheet layout, calendar design, and sequential pages produced under a commission are licensed to the commissioning collector or club as described in the edition sheet. You may not reproduce interiors for a competing drop calendar or present our freeze-time stamps as your own.
Appointments
Proof viewings last about forty minutes for up to two people. Late arrival of more than fifteen minutes may be treated as a missed appointment. We may refuse a viewing if printed proofs are not yet dry or if the edition sheet is unsigned.
Liability
We are not responsible for secondary-market prices, wallet mishandling after a drop, or club disputes over who was named on a waitlist card. Our liability for a commissioned edition is limited to the fees paid for that edition, except where Thailand law does not allow that limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this site and from the services described here.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you submit a request is the version that applies to that request.
