This notice explains what we collect when you request a waitlist place or write to the desk.
Data controller

What we collect
Name, email, request type, edition or month, and the message you write. We do not ask for wallet seeds, identity-card scans, or payment-card numbers on this site. Phone numbers appear only if you include them in the message.
Why we hold it
To confirm or decline a waitlist place, to quote a spotlight edition or calendar quarter, to schedule a proof viewing, and to keep an edition roster that matches the freeze-time sheet.
Retention
Declined waitlist requests are kept for ninety days, then deleted. Confirmed roster names stay with the edition sheet for as long as that issue’s records are kept (typically three years) so we can answer cap disputes. Quote correspondence is kept for two years.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a request that has not yet been written onto a frozen roster. After a freeze, the printed roster is part of the edition record and cannot be silently rewritten; we can still add a note. Write to info@datacontrolpath.click.
International transfers
Email and hosting may process messages outside Thailand. We use that processing only to receive enquiries and to operate this static site. We do not sell waitlist names.
